 | The center of power for the Northern Water Tribe, the Chieften's Palace is a collections of public gardens and auditoriums, the private living quarters of the Chieften and his family, and the vast majority of the governmental offices. The Palace is split into four sections, each with their own purpose. The western section houses the governement, easter the military barracks and command center, north houses the private domain of the Chieften, and the souther areas are open to the public.
| 0 | 0 | | | Directly outside the Chieften's Palace is a wide open area used for festivals and daily markets. The largest of the city cannals ends in a fully functioning dock that allows the traders and merchants to deliver their wares, as well as a dock for the ferries that move the population across the city.
| 0 | 0 | | | One of the jewels of the city; the Grand Canal is the safeway and main thoroughfare for the people and cargo from the port. Small personal boats, larger taxis, and even larger cargo ships dance across the canal at all times of the day and night. When the sun sets; a gentle, but soothing light emenates from the deeps, making it easy to navigate during the night.
