Sky Bison Guide

Airbenders have the chance of befriending a Sky Bison as their life-long companion. Sky-bison are known to bond with only one Airbender for life. All flying bison employ airbending to fly, using their broad tails to steer through air currents and to defend themselves. They are also able to use their mouths to airbend. Though fairly docile, flying bison can be fierce and powerful opponents if pressed or enraged, possessing great physical strength and airbending skills.

It is customary for young Air Nomads to choose a flying bison to be their lifelong companion. To do this each Air Nomad sets out on a quest to find the wild Sky Bison herds, and to befriend one, allowing it to become their life-long companion. The quest must be at least 2,500 words in length. Once completed it can either be turned into a member of Staff, or to one of the Grandmaster Airbenders to be approved (please provide the link, we will not search for them).

Once the quest is approved, you may take the sky bison coding from the beastiary, name your new friend, and submit the bison for final approval. You cannot RP as having a Sky Bison until every step of the process is FINISHED. Those caught trying to will be penalized.
